CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Lubricate moving parts with WD-40 or light oil periodically.
2. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the equipment.
3. The equipment can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent.
DO NOT use solvents.
4. Examine the equipment regularly for signs of damages or wear.
5. Replace any defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment out of use until it is
repaired.
6. Failure to examine regularly may affect the safety level of the equipment.

Cage
1. Maximum user weight to use Pull-up Frame (part #13): 300 lbs.
2. Maximum weight on Sliding Weight Post (part #20):155 lbs.
3. Maximum weight on Weight Plate Rack (part #21): 410 lbs
4. Maximum weight on each Dumbbell-Kettlebell Tray (part #23): 265 lbs.
5. Maximum weight on Bar Catch (part #16 and #17): 300 lbs.
6. The Cable system generates 1:1 ratio of resistance from the weights loaded on Sliding Weight
Post (part#20). Example, 100 lbs of weight plates generates 100 lbs of resistance.
