Unpacking
1. Place the machine on the table or cabinet
and lift off the cover.
2. The foot control is stored at one of the
side parts of the packing material. Press
the foot control together and remove it.
3. The machine is delivered with a plastic
cover, an accessory bag, a main cord and
a foot control cord.
4. Wipe the machine, particularly around the
needle and needle plate to remove any
soil before sewing.
5. Remove the protection fi lm from the stitch
panel and the name plate.
Packing away after
sewing
1. Unplug the cords from the wall socket
and the machine.
2. Wind the cords around your hand and
place the foot control cord in the foot
control storage space and the main cord
in the pocket of the cover. There is also
space provided for the operating manual.
3. Check to ensure that all accessories are
in the accessory tray. Slide it onto the
machine behind the free arm.
4. Lower the presser foot.
5. Place the foot control, underside toward
you, on the accessory tray at the back
of the machine. Fold up the handle and
replace the cover.

Desembalaje
1. Poner la máquina encima de la mesa de
trabajo y levantar la cubierta.
2. El pedal está situado en uno de los latera-
les. Comprima el pedal y saquelo.
3. La máquina está equipada con una cu-
bierta de plástico, una bolsa de accesorios,
el cable para la red y el cable del pedal.
4. Limpiar la máquina, especial-mente alrede-
dor de la aguja y la placa de aguja.
5. Sacar la pelicula protectora del panel de
costura y de la placa de nombre.
Embalaje después de
coser
1. Sacar el enchufe de la red y de la má-
quina.
2. Luego enrollar los cables alrededor de la
mano e introducir el cable del pedal en
el hueco del pedal y el cable de la red en
el bolsillo de la cubierta. Allí también hay
sitio para el manual de instrucciones.
3. Asegurarse de que todos los accesorios
estén en la caja de accesorios. Luego colo-
carla debajo del brazo libre.
4. Bajar el prensatelas.
5. Colocar el pedal – con el lado inferior
hacia adelante – encima la caja de acces-
sorios en la parte trasera de la máquina.
Levantar el asa abatible y colocra la
cubierta.
