Troubleshooting

The power bank does not charge.
The connection may be faulty Check the
connection
The output current of the USB mains adapter
is too low Use a USB mains adapter with an
output voltage of at least 5 V and an output
current of at least 3 A
A connected device does not charge.
The integrated battery is empty Charge the
battery
No connection to the device Check the
connection
Press the ON/OFF button 5 once briefly to
start the charging process
The charging current of the connected
device is too low or too high
The internal overcurrent protection may have
been triggered Disconnect the connect-
ed device and briefly connect the USB-C
charging port 3 to a power source (see
section Charging the power bank) After-
wards, the power bank can be used again
