8. Place the disconnected wire harness from previous step 2 in the appropriate new wire
holders; Arrows 6 to 9.
9. Connect the newly delivered cable (591203601) to the battery and main print; Arrows 10 and
11.
Step 4: Place the sealing strip (article number: 574874705,
If the Automower chassis has been loose, a new sealing strip must always be fitted. If this is not
done, there is a greater risk of moisture damage.
1. Remove the old sealing strip from the bottom part of the chassis.
2. Check that there is no sand, grass or other debris in the trench.
3. Align the first end of the sealing strip with the mark on the chassis. Indicated by the arrow in
Figure 6.
4. Continue to lay the sealing strip clockwise around the chassis half.
5. Place the second end of the sealing strip over the first end and then route it out the duct.
Attach the sealing strip to the bottom using the holder. Indicated by the arrow in Figure 7.
6. Reassemble the mower in the reverse order of disassembly.
