Solution
Unplug the USB
power adapter from
the AC wall outlet,
and then plug it in
again.
If the lamps are still
flashing, restart the
unit. ( p. 12)

again after 5 to
10 minutes.
Turn off the unit, and
then turn it on again
after 5 to 10 minutes.
