    Vertical Storage The Cybex Hydro Rower Pro can be stored in a vertical, upright position with use of the vertical storage stand specified for this machine and with water in the tank. For safety, store on level ground in a suitable location, such as a corner of a room.

    Do not use any water treatment other than the tablets supplied with this rower. For replacement tablets, contact Cybex Customer Service. Water treatment schedules for the Cybex Hydro Rower Pro will vary according to the fluid tanks exposure to sunlight, but expect 8-12 months near a bright, sunlit window and 2 years or more for a darker location.

    Provide the model and serial number of your Cybex equipment. At Cybex’s discretion, the technician may request that you return the problem part(s) to Cybex for evaluation and repair or replacement. The technician will assign you a RMA number and will send you an ARS label. The ARS label and the RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package that contains the item(s) to be returned.

    Product’s location, alterations or modifications without our written authorization or by failure on your part to use, operate and maintain the Cybex Hydro Rower Pro as set out in your Owner’s Manual (“Manual”). All terms of this warranty are void if this Product is moved beyond the continental borders of the United States of America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) and are then subject to the terms provided by that country’s local authorized Cybex Representative.
