Communication Settings
Configure communication settings such as the mail
server, authentication, and encryption settings in order to
send scanned documents via e-mail and I-fax.

Setting the Advanced Space
The storage of the machine contains a shared space called
the "Advanced Space. " By using the Advanced Space, you
can easily share files with computers and other Canon
multifunction printers without the need for a server.

Connecting with Other Devices

You can register a Windows server or the Advanced Space
of another Canon multifunction printer as a connection
destination. This enables you to use the machine to print
data that is on the connection destination. You can also
use the connection destination to obtain data from the
Advanced Space of the machine.

Device (Linking with Mobile Devices)
This machine can be used from mobile devices such as
smartphones. This makes it easy to print documents or
