Use only photo-quality AA
lithium, alkaline, Ni-Cd, or
Ni-MH batteries.
Ensure the batteries are
inserted correctly.
The charge in the batteries can
be low or completely drained.
Try installing new or
recharged batteries.
Ensure that the HP AC adapter
is not damaged or defective
and is plugged into an
electrical outlet with power.
If you want to use battery
power, disconnect the HP AC
adapter from the camera. If
you want to use AC power,
connect the HP AC adapter to
a working electrical outlet.
