5. Disconnect the power cable for the processor turbo fan.

Disconnect the Power Cable for the Processor Turbo Fan

6. Unscrew the four heatsink captive screws using the special

processor tool (provided with the processor upgrade kit).

7. Slide the sequencing retainer plate toward the back of the

system to open the hole in the edge of the turbo fan heatsink.

Unscrew the Turbo Fan Heatsink Captive Screws
