ID YOU REMOVE THE ORANGE PROTECTIVE TAPE FROM THE PRINT HEAD
If the orange protective tape is not removed from the BJ cartridge, ink
cannot be ejected from the BJ cartridge. Remove the BJ cartridge and
check the print head.
If the tape has not been removed, remove it.
Align the print head before you resume printing.
