CAUTION: Before starting the router, clear the bit of the workpiece and foreign objects. Also keep a firm grip on the router to resist starting torque. The motor units for these routers can be used with either Model 690 or Model 691.

SERVICE CENTER. At approximately 100 hours of use, take or send your tool to your nearest authorized Porter-Cable Service Station to be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Have worn parts replaced and lubricate with fresh lubricant. Have new brushes installed, and test the tool for performance.
