1. INTRODUCTION
◆Product features
●Accidental flameout protection design
In case of an accidental flameout due to air, overflow, accidental flameout protection function will start to
automatically cut off internal gas access of gas hob and avoid mass gas leakage to ensure user safety.
●Glass panel hob applies tempered glass with explosion-proof mesh, which is safe, durable and easy to
clean.
●Instantaneous ignition
The JZY/T-QHA736 model and JZY/T-QHA638 model apply the instantaneous ignition technology
which only needs to press the knob and rotate it by 90°. The gas stove can instantly open the valve.
The ignition is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
●Boil dry protection (only for the left stove)
When using the gas stove, if you forget to turn off the stove when it's at high heat and causes the
bottom of the pan to be overheated and exceed the protection warning temperature (about
290°C~320°C), the anti-overheating protection system will start and make a continuous buzz alarm
(approx. 20 seconds) and cut off the gas to avoid safety accidents such as fire caused by dry boiling the
pan; (Please make sure that the pan bottom and the sensor are in effective contact, otherwise the boil
dry protection function cannot be started reliably; this function is generally started when the pan has
been dried thoroughly for several minutes. When the food in the pot has just been dried and burned, this
function cannot fulfill the requirement to turn off the fire immediately.
After the boil dry protection, if it's re-ignited immediately, it will not work and it can resume normal work
after restoration from boil dry protection.
●Low battery alert (only for the left stove)
When the battery voltage drops to the insufficient level to start the boil dry protection smart fire-off
function, each time you press the left knob for ignition or press the knob for ignition while the left stove is
burning, the gas stove will send out buzzer alarm (about 10 seconds) to remind you to replace the
battery in time. After the ignition stops, alarm sound disappears. After the gas stove is used or the gas is
cut off by protection function, in order to sustain the long service life of the battery, please turn the knob
to the off position. Otherwise, the sensor probe will be in the power on standby detection state and
waste battery power; except for the low battery alert function, for boil dry function, it's not allowed to
press the knob to perform the ignition operation before the alarm ends.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that this instruction booklet is read thoroughly and understood before attempting to install or
operate this hob.
The instructions are provided in the interest of your safety.
GAS SAFETY REGULATIONS AND USE OF YOUR HOB
1. Please carefully read the nameplate of the gas hob you purchased and make sure the type of gas
specified on the nameplate matches the type of gas you are currently using.
2. It is recommended to check the connections of gas hob for air tightness at least once a year and
replace the gas-dedicated connecting pipe.
3. In the use process of gas hob, note ventilation, open the window or turn on the ventilation fan on a
regular basis to ensure fresh air convection and ventilation.
4. In case of a leakage, avoid all the acts and sources of fire that cause gas explosion, immediately close
the gas valve and open the windows and doors for ventilation.
5. It is a legal requirement that all gas appliances are installed by qualified personnel only in accordance
with current legislation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the law.
6. Repairs or servicing of this product must only be carried out by an authorised service agent using
approved parts.
7. No attempt must be made to modify this appliance under any circumstances.
8. Cooking appliances can become very hot in use – please keep children and pets away from them.
9. Do not allow children to operate or play with any part of the appliance.
10.Do not use unstable pans and ensure that the handle is positioned away from the edge of the
worktop.
11. In the interest of hygiene and safety, please ensure the hob is kept clean.
12. This appliance is designed for domestic cooking only. Commercial use will invalidate the warranty.
13. Do not cover the hob or place combustible materials on or near the surface even when the hob is not
in use.
14. Do not fill deep fat frying containers more than one third full of oil and NEVER leave unattended.
15. Before cleaning the hob, switch off at the mains.
16. When cooking is finished, switch off all controls and allow to cool.
17. These appliances are not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
18.Do not immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid.
19.The overheating protection function is only applicable to the high-heat state. When the flame is small,
due to the reduction of the radiant heat of the pot, the protection action time and agility will be affected.
20.The left stove with overheating protection function should use stainless steel or cast iron pans with a
bottom diameter of not less than 120mm (does not apply to v-bottom pan, casseroles, etc.).
21.The factors such as the unevenness of the bottom of the pan and the decrease of the gas pressure
will adversely affect the heat transfer and accumulation, which will affect the action time and agility of
overheating protection and automatic flameout, even the normal start.
22.If you cook on the left stove, such as frying or cooking pancakes, it will cause the overheating
protection function to start and cut off the air supply. Please apply the above type of cooking on the right
stove.
23.After the low battery alerts, although the gas stove can be normally ignited, the battery power will not
be enough to normally start the overheating protection function, so please replace two new high-perfor-
mance alkaline batteries in time.
24.The boil dry protection function is not completely intelligent. When you are cooking, do not leave the
gas stove to avoid accidents.
25.After the boil dry protection function and the overheating protection function are activated, the left
stove may be used after the sensor sensing temperature decreases.
26. Prior to installation, ensure that the local distribution conditions (nature of the gas and gas pressure)
and the adjustment of the appliance are compatible.
27. The adjustment conditions for this appliance are stated on the label (or data plate)
28. This appliance is not connected to a combustion products evacuation device. It shall be installed and
connected in accordance with current installation regulations. Particular attention shall be given to the
relevant requirements regarding ventilation.
29. The use of a gas cooking appliance results in the production of heat and moisture in the room in
which it is installed. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated: keep natural ventilation holes open or
install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood).
30. Prolonged intensive use of the appliance may call for additional ventilation, for example opening of a
window, or more effective ventilation, for example increasing the level of mechanical ventilation where
present.

◆ Installation method
● When the gas hob is embedded in the cooktop, please follow the steps 1-5 to install.
When the gas hob is put on the cooktop, please follow the steps 4-5 to install.
1. Please choose the cabinet with table thickness greater than 16mm, width not less than 550mm;
Note: The cabinet countertops should be made of fire, high temperature-resistant, thermocycling-
resistant material. The coating layer and plywood on the cabinet must be fire-resistant and glued
together to avoid deformation or surface detachment.
2. According to the hole-digging size and requirements in the instruction, dig holes in the correspond-
ing position of the table with fillet radius around the holes less than 50mm;
3. gas hob fitted with a battery is installed in the hole
of the table;
4. Refer to the connection method and connect the
gas hob and gas source with the gas special
connecting pipe. If the rubber pipe is used, please
use the pipe clamp to fix it firmly and avoid turning
the gas pipe joint;
5. After installation, carry out gas leakage detection,
apply soap water on the connection parts, open the
indoor gas valve and carefully observe whether there
is a bubble. If bubbles are generated, immediately
close the indoor gas main valve, and adjust the
intake connection according to the connection
method. If there is no bubble, please refer to the
instruction manual for ignition commissioning; after
commissioning, make sure that the indoor gas main
valve is closed.
● Gas hobs should strictly follow the
