Compaq Value-Added Features

Table 3 summarizes major software functionality and hardware supported on Compaq portable
computers for each operating system. Some of this support is provided through Compaq device
drivers and utilities, while other support is inherent to the operating system. Refer to the legend at
the end of the table for a description of the entries. The list is not intended to be exhaustive; only
a high level review of functional areas found to be of most interest to Compaq portable customers
are noted.

support in the operating system.
