Cannot Find Printer from Smartphone/Tablet while Using Bluetooth

If you cannot find the printer from your smartphone/tablet, it is possible that your smartphone/tablet cannot
communicate with the printer.

If you are using an Android smartphone/tablet, check the Android version of

your smartphone/tablet.
Make sure the Android version of your smartphone/tablet is not 5.0, 4.2, or 4.1.
To check the version, refer to your device's instruction manual.
Make sure the printer is turned on.

Confirming that the Power Is On
Make sure the printer is configured to use Bluetooth connection.

Check the setting from the operation panel following the procedure below.
1.
Make sure printer is turned on.
2.
Load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.
3. Press Information button.
The printer starts printing the network setting information.
4. Make sure "Enable" is printed at "Bluetooth Setting" on "6-1".
If "Disable" is printed, press and hold the Resume button and release it when the Alarm lamp flashes 11
times.
Bluetooth connection is enabled.
Make sure your smartphone/tablet is configured to use Bluetooth connection.
