Follow these steps to set the default VCR
record settings for your DVD+VCR.

Timer – The date, time, and record
source will be "stamped" (superimposed)
briefly at the start of all timer recordings.
All – The date, time, and record source

recordings.
None – The date, time, and record
source will not be stamped.
Set your VCR's default record source to
one of the following:
Auto – The VCR will record whatever is
currently visible on screen (default set-
ting).
Tuner – The VCR will record from the
DVD+VCR's built-in television tuner.
Line 1 – The VCR will record from an
external source, such as a camcorder,
connected to the front line inputs.
Line 2 – The VCR will record from an
external source, such as a satellite re-
ceiver, connected to the rear line inputs.
DVD – The VCR will record from a DVD or
CD playing in the DVD deck.
