Cause
a) Insufficient or contaminated
hydraulic oil.
b) Control handle needs to be
adjusted.
c) Load is too heavy.
d) Temperature is too low and the
hydraulic oil has become thick.
e) Air in the hydraulic oil.
a) Obstacle under the pallet truck,
in the fork mechanism, etc.
b) Control handle needs to be
adjusted.
c) Fork has been in the raised
position for a long time and the
piston rod is rusted.
d) Piston rod or pump deformed
due to overload or uneven load.
a) Impurities in the oil prevent the
valve from closing completely.
b) Hydraulic components or seals
are cracked or worn.
c) Control handle needs to be
adjusted.

Solution
a) Fill or replace hydraulic
oil.

adjusting the control
handle.
c) Remove the load.
d) Move the pallet truck to a
warmer place.
e) Vent the hydraulic pump.
a) Carefully remove the
obstacle.
b) Follow the procedure for
adjusting the control
handle.
c) When the equipment is
not in use, keep the forks
in the lowest position and
keep the piston rod
lubricated.
d) Replace piston rod or
pump.
a) Change the hydraulic oil.
b) Check and replace as
necessary.
