Control handle adjustment

On the top of the drawbar is a control handle, which can be set to 3 positions:
Lower – Lift the handle, it falls back to neutral when released.
Neutral – The handle is in the middle.
Lift – The handle is pressed down.
If necessary, the handle can be adjusted according to the following steps:
a) If the forks lift while pumping with the handle in neutral position, turn the nut on the
adjustment bolt clockwise until the pumping motion no longer lifts the forks.
b) If the forks lower while pumping with the handle in neutral position, turn the
adjustment nut anti-clockwise until the forks do not lower.
c) If the forks do not lower when the control handle is in the lowering position, turn the
adjustment nut clockwise until lifting the control handle lowers the forks. Then check
the neutral position as shown in fig. 10 and make sure that the adjustment nut is in the
correct position.
d) If the forks do not lift while pumping in the lifting position, turn the adjustment nut
anti-clockwise until the forks lift while pumping in the lifting position. Then check the
lowering and neutral position.
