General maintenance

• Only qualified and trained personnel may service the pallet truck.
Before servicing the pallet truck, remove the load and lower the forks to the lowest

position.
• Make sure the pallet truck cannot move before working on components that could
pinch fingers or hands if accidental movement occurs.
Use only approved and original spare parts.
•
• Be aware that leakage of hydraulic fluid can cause malfunctions and accidents.
Pressure valve adjustments must be carried out by a qualified professional.

Waste materials such as oil must be disposed of and recycled in accordance with
•
national rules and, if necessary, taken to a recycling facility.
All bushings and bearings are factory lubricated. Regular maintenance is
•
recommended to prolong their life. Use a suitable lubricant and grease approx. once a
month.
Use in harsh environments may require more frequent maintenance.
