Check the following points:
► Press the
AUTO

The background lighting has a limited lifetime.
If your monitor display should become too dark,
the background lighting will have to be replaced.

Proximity setting in the OSD menu.
► Increase the setting until the setting bar
projects over the detected distance.

► Check if the monitor is connected to the
computer using the supplied USB cable.
► Check if Call Indicator is enabled in the
OSD menu.
► Check if Microsoft Lync is installed on the
computer.
► Check if Microsoft Lync has been executed
and you are logged on.
► Check if the monitor is connected to the
computer using the supplied USB cable.
► Check if all the audio devices with the name
"Call Indicator P24T-7" are enabled in the
Windows sound settings.
