TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS
The appliance is operating in
dehumidifying mode, but the
humidity does not decrease.
The appliance does not
work for 3 minutes after
start-up.

The pump is properly con-
nected but no water is
coming out
Water is leaking from the
unit
CAUSE
The filter is blocked.
The temperature or humidity
in the room are too low.
The room is too big for the
dehumidifying power of the
appliance.
Too many sources of humidity
in the room (pots of boiling
water, etc.).
The humidy set point is too
high.
The safety device has tripped.
The tank is missing.
The tank is full.
The tank is incorrectly
positioned.
The temperature in the room is
very low.
One of the sensors on the
appliance is faulty.
The condensation discharge
pump is missing.
There is not enough moisture
collected yet to activate the
pump system.
Drainage tube is not properly
connected to the housing

SOLUTION
Clean the filter.
In certain conditions, it is nor-
mal for the appliance not to
dehumidify (in certain cases,
it is recommended to heat the
environment).
Decrease the humidity set
point.
Wait for 3 minutes to pass and
try again.
Replace the tank.
Empty the tank.
Position the tank correctly.
Increase room temperature.
Call the Service Center; num-
bers listed above.
Check the hose is correctly
positioned.
Disconnect and reconnect the
plug.
Wait. As most moisture
collected, the pump will
beging to work.
Ensure that the tube is secu-
rely connected to the housing.
