Setting [NO SIGNAL LIGHTS-OUT]
This is a function to automatically turn off the light source of the projector when the input is HDMI, MIRRORING,
or Panasonic APPLICATION and there is no input signal for a specific period. The time until the light source is
turned off can be set.
1)
Press as to select [ECO MANAGEMENT].
2)
Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [ECO MANAGEMENT] screen is displayed.
3)
Press as to select [NO SIGNAL LIGHTS-OUT].

Note
f The power indicator <ON (G)/STANDBY (R)> will blink slowly in green while the no signal lights-out function is operating and the light source
is turned off.
f When [NO SIGNAL LIGHTS-OUT] is set to anything other than [DISABLE], after the light source is turned off by this function, the light
source will be turned on again in the following cases:
- When signal is input
- When on-screen display, such as menu screen (OSD) or input guide, or a test pattern is displayed
- When the power <v/b> button or the <AV MUTE> button is pressed
Setting [STANDBY MODE]
Set the power consumption during standby.

Press as to select [ECO MANAGEMENT].

Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [ECO MANAGEMENT] screen is displayed.

Press as to select [STANDBY MODE].

f The items will switch each time you press the button.

f When [ECO] is set, network functions are not available during standby.
f When [ECO] is set, there may be a delay in displaying when the power is turned on, compared to when [NORMAL] is set.
f When [NETWORK] is set, the Wake on LAN function enables the network function available for 60 seconds even during standby.
f When [NORMAL] is set, the internal cooling fan may run during standby.
f The [STANDBY MODE] setting is not reset to the factory default even when [ALL USER DATA] is executed from the [SETUP] menu →
[INITIALIZE] (x page 74).
f The [STANDBY MODE] setting will be fixed to [NORMAL] and cannot be changed when [SCHEDULE] is set to [ON]. The [STANDBY
MODE] setting will not change back when [SCHEDULE] is set to [OFF] in this condition.
f If the following three settings are made, the image may disappear temporarily when synchronizing with the NTP server with the projector
powered on or when the power has been turned on.
Chapter 4 Settings — [SETUP] menu
Disables [NO SIGNAL SHUT-OFF].
Sets the time in 10-minute intervals.
Disables [NO SIGNAL LIGHTS-OUT].
Turns off the light source when there is no input signal for the preset period.
Select [10SEC.], [20SEC.], [30SEC.], [1MIN.], [2MIN.], [3MIN.] or [5MIN.].
Select this item to reduce power consumption during standby.
Select this item to reduce power consumption during standby, and to operate the projector via wired
LAN using the Wake on LAN function.
Select this item to use the network function during standby.
Or, select this item to synchronize with the NTP server and adjust the date and time of the projector
automatically.
