4. Troubleshooting
Inside the machine
NOTE
* The fuser area is hot. Take care when removing paper from
the machine.
* When a paper jam occurs, you have to check the model
number.
Xpress M2830 Series
1) Open the front cover.
2) Remove the Toner Cartridge.
3) Pull the jam guides, then remove a jammed paper.

4) Close the jam guide.
5) Install the toner cartridge.
6) Close the front cover and check printing automatically
resumes.
