2.2.4.6. Toner System

By using the electronic photo process, it creates a visual image. In the toner cartridge, the OPC unit and the developing
unit are in a body. The OPC unit has OPC drum and charging roller, and the developing unit has toner, supply roller,
developing roller, and blade.

Developing Method : Non magnetic 1 element contacting method
•
Toner : Non magnetic 1 element shatter type toner
•
OPC Cleaning : Collect the toner by using cleaning blade
•
Handling of wasted toner : Collect the wasted toner in the cleaning frame by using cleaning blade
•
Classifying device for toner cartridge: ID is classified by CRUM.
