Presser foot pressure

The presser foot pressure is factory adjusted to a medium setting.
Align the marker line on the presser foot pressure regulating knob with
the upper end of the top cover.
• Position of knob for normal pressure (M) = Medium.
• More pressure: for thick or stiff fabrics such as denim, tweed, firm lin-
en (H) = High.
• Less pressure: for light-weight or sheer fabrics and knits (L) = Low.
