For maximum heat transfer, cookware that has a solid perfectly flat bottom is recommended.

CARE AND CLEANING 1. Unplug unit and allow to cool. 2. Both the outside of the unit and the drip pan should be cleaned with a cloth or sponge dampened in warm soapy water. 3. NEVER USE ABRASIVE CLEANSERS. 4. NEVER IMMERSE THIS UNIT IN WATER. -
