HOW TO USE YOUR PORTABLE COOKING RANGE Any flat-bottomed pot or container that can be used on a conventional electric stove element can also be used on the Salton Portable Cooking Range. For maximum heat transfer, cookware that has a solid perfectly flat bottom is recommended. -
