TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The pilot light won't ignite.
Burners won't ignite.
Single burner won't ignite.
Temperature of the burner
is not high enough
Possible Causes
The gas is not open.
There is air in the pipeline.
The pilot light valve is not open.
The gas is not open.
There is air in the pipeline.
Pilot light is not ignited.
The controller is not open.
There is water in the burner.
The gas control valve, burner or other
internal parts are defective.
The baffle or nozzle is incorrectly
adjusted.

Check the main/single gas valve.
Open the pilot light valve, ignite it every 15 seconds.
Open/adjust the pilot light valve.
Check the main/single gas valve.
Open the pilot light valve, ignite it every 15 seconds.
Close the units with gas to ventilate for 5 minutes.
Then open the gas and ignite the pilot light.
Turn the control valve to the "On" position. Set it
according to requirement after ignition.
Take out the burner and dry it thoroughly.
