transmitting troubleshooting
information via phone.
- Select the method of Smart
Diagnosis that you would like
to use.
Audible Diagnosis
- Touch the Audible Diagnosis button to use Smart Diagnosis using your Smart Phone or
the call center.
Smart Diagnosis using your Smart Phone:
1. Touch the Audible Diagnosis button.
2. Touch the Self Diagnose using your smart phone button.
3. Follow the instructions on the display screen.
Smart Diagnosis using the LG Customer Support Center:
1. Touch the Audible Diagnosis button.
2. Touch the Smart diagnosis through the call center button.
3. Follow the directions on the display screen.
