4. Tools
This menu contains features and options that are
designed to help you get organized and informed at
all times.
Calendar
Select
Menu
>
Tools
> Calendar.
The current day is highlighted in blue. If there are
any notes set for the day, the day is highlighted in
yellow.
You can press the navigation keys to view the
calendar. Select a date that you wish to view and
L
press
Options
to access the following options:
View Tasks
Allows you to view the day notes.
Press
options of the day: View, Add,
Task,
Delete
Send
vCalendar. (Please refer to
"To Do List" for more details.)
Add Task
Allows you to create a new event
in the calendar.

To save notes for tasks that you must do, select
Menu
>
Tools
If there is no task in your phone, the screen displays
Empty. You can press
Add a task
1. Select one of task types: Meeting, Course, Date,
Call,
Anniversary

Set the date and time. The time you enter
must be in 24-hour format.

Write the note for the task.

If there are any notes in the Task List, you use

to scroll the list. Select one task and press
