Problem

Possible cause
Conditioner insert in the
compartment for care agent
is not properly placed on or
is blocked.
Probably too much washing
has been put in.
The washing was not able to
be distributed evenly in the
drum prior to spinning.
There is a kink n the drainage
hose.
Maximum pump height
(emptying height 1m from
base surface of the appli-
ance) is exceeded.

Water pump is blocked.
At the siphon connection: Si-
phon is blocked.
Door is locked for safety rea-
sons (display DOOR/LIGHT is
Off).
Programme security is
switched On.
Water tap is not fully
opened.
Filter in the socket of the in-
flow hose at the water tap or
the appliance is blocked.
Instructions for use
Remedy
Clean detergent drawer, seat
conditioner insert properly.
Note maximum filling quan-
tity (see programme tables).
For easy-care textiles select
the EASY IRON (STRIJKVRIJ,
SANS REPASSAGE) pro-
gramme.
Always load the drum as ful
as possible with a combina-
tion of large and small items.
Remove kink.
Refer to the customer
service. For pumping heights
over 1m, they have a supple-
mentary set as special spares
available.
Switch off appliance and pull
out electric plug. Clean wa-
ter pump.
Clean siphon.
Wait till display DOOR/LIGHT
(DEUR/LICHT, PORTE/ECLAIR.)
lights up green.
Cancel programme security
(see section „Programme se-
curity").
Open water tap fully.
Close water tap. Disconnect
inflow pipe from water tap
and from the appliance and
clean filter.
