Problem
Washing machine vi-
brates during operation
or is unsteady.
Wash water of the
mainwashing foams
strongly.
Water leaks out of the
washing machine.
The emptying pump
runs continuously -
also when the appli-
ance is switched off.

Possible cause
Transport safeguard has not
been removed.
The height adjustable
threaded feet are not
correctly adjusted.
There is very little washing in
the drum (e.g. only a dressing
gown).
Water could not be fully
pumped out before spinning
because drainage hose is
kinked or water pump is
blocked.
Probably too much washing
agent has been filled in.
Connection to the inflow
hose is leaking.
Drainage hose is leaking.
Cover of the water pump is
not properly closed.
Washing is jammed
in the door.
Emergency emptying hose is
not properly closed off or is
leaking.
Anti-flood system Aqua Con-
trol has displayed.
Remedy
Remove transport safeguard
according to setting up and
connection instructions.
Align feet according to
setting up and connection
instructions.
Function is not affected by
this.
Move the path of the hose
and, if necessary, remove
kink or clean water pump
and, if necessary, remove
foreign body from pump
housing.
Dose washing agent exactly
according to manufacturers
instructions.
Tighten inflow hose
connection.
Check drainage hose and, if
necessary, replace.
Close cover properly.
Abort programme, remove
washing from door. Start
programme again.
Close off emergency empty-
ing hose (see section „Carry
out energy emptying opera-
tion"). In the case of a
leaking emergency emptying
hose, call the customer
service.
Close water tap, remove
electric plug and inform
customer service.
