2.1.1 Endress+Hauser Tank Gauging Instrument NMT539 is developed and designated primarily to work with Endress+Hauser tank gauging host instruments Tank Side Monitor NRF590 or Proservo NMS5/NMS7. Both temperature and / or water bottom information are transmitted on a two wire i.s local HART loop to the host instrument.
  • Page 6: Device Setup: Nrf590

Connect the loop powered local HART communication cable from the NRF590 (intrinsically safe side compartment) to NMT539 according to BA01025G "Installation Instructions." Since NRF590 has been designed to recognize NMT539 as a specific Endress+Hauser local HART instrument, set up is easy.
