Remove clamp pin (2) and cross pin (1) from downrod. Loosen setscrew in downrod ball (3) until ball moves easily up and down the downrod. Do not remove ground wire (4) from downrod.
Slide downrod ball down, exposing cross pin (5). Do not remove ball completely. Remove cross pin and save for later use.
הסר את סיכת ההידוק (2) ואת סיכת הרוחב (1) ממוט תליה. שחרר את הבורג בכדור שעל המוט (3) עד שהכדור נע בקלות למעלה ולמטה. אל תסיר את חוט
הארקה (4) מהמוט. החלק את הכדור כלפי מטה וחשוף את סיכת האבטחה (5). אל תסיר את הכדור לחלוטין. הסר את סיכת הרוחב ושמור לשימוש מאוחר
