wait until the worm is free.
∙ Use only the plunger to refill the filler
neck.
After use
∙ After use, switch off the appliance and
disconnect from mains power.
∙ Unlock the attachment clockwise and
remove it.
∙ Clean the accessories immediately after
use, otherwise the pasta dough will dry
and be difficult to remove.
∙ Replace the cover in such way that the
lines (− −) are opposite each other.
Cleaning and Care
∙ Before cleaning, switch off the
appliance, disconnect from mains power
and wait for the motor to come to a
complete standstill.
∙ Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents.
∙ Clean the accessories immediately after
use with warm water with and detergent.
Do not clean in a dishwasher.
Tip!
The shaping discs can be stored in the
plunger to save space.

Recipe for simple pasta dough
Ingredients:
300 g flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
∙ Knead dough with food processor;
wrap in cling film and leave at room
temperature for 30 min.
∙ Pasta dough is best processed fresh.
