Menu functions
•
Start date and End date: enter the starting
and ending dates for the event.
•
Location: enter information about the event
location.
•
Alarm: set an alarm for the event.
before: set the time for the alarm.
•
Repeat: select to set the event to recur and a
repeat unit.
until: if the event will recur, set the ending
date.
•
Expiry: set when the event will be deleted
from the calendar.

Press <Save> to save the event.
Entering a new anniversary
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Add new
Anniversary.
3. Press
and enter information or change the
settings in the following entry fields:
•
Occasion: enter information about the
anniversary.

Date: enter the date.
•
Alarm: select to set an alarm for the
anniversary.
before: set the day for the alarm.
alarm time: enter the time for the alarm
sound.

Repeat every year: select to set the phone to
remind you of the anniversary every year.
4. Press <Save> to save the event.
Entering a task
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Add new
3. Press

Task: enter information about the task.
