You can configure default e-mail settings.
You cannot change e-mail profile settings while an
e-mail is being sent or retrieved.
•
Sending options: set up the following options for
sending an e-mail:
From: set the sender name.
Sending account: select a default account.
Priority: change the priority level of your e-mails.
Keep a copy: leave copies of your e-mails in the
Sentbox folder after sending them.
Send confirmation: inform you when your e-mail
has been delivered.
Read reply: determine whether or not the phone
sends a read-reply request to e-mail's recipients.
Add my contact details: allow your contact
information to be attached to your e-mail.
Add signature: edit and attach your signature to
e-mails.

Receiving options: set up the following options
for receiving an e-mail:
Retrieving option: select which parts of e-mails
you want to retrieve from the e-mail server when
you receive the e-mail.
Reject if over: determine the maximum size for
incoming e-mails. Your phone will reject e-mails
that exceed the specified size.
Read reply: determine whether or not the phone
sends a read-reply to an e-mail's sender.
Block address: specify e-mail addresses to reject
e-mails from the addresses.
Block subject: specify e-mail subjects to reject
e-mails containing the subjects you have set.

E-mail profiles: select a connection profile. For
adding or editing a profile, refer to the
Connections menu.

E-mail accounts: select an account to be used
and set up e-mail account. Press <Options> and
select Edit to access the following options:
