feed screw.
Carbon brush was wear after over the
service life.
The temp not reach to motor default
temp.
Overvoltage destroys the motor.
Motor wire was drop.
The motor overheating protection lamp
is on.
Welding rod not inserted enough.
Welding rod can't insert the feeding
rod.
Feed screw was wear, and the
clearance was too large.
The temp keeps going up, can't stable. The thermocouple was broken,
The switch lamp was not light and not
heating.
Check the rotor, stator and switch
of hot air gun, replace them if
broken.
Replace the heating element.
Removing the debris.
Pre-heating
clear the outlet.
Replace the screw or blade.
Take apart the cylinder, remove
the pellet.
Replace the carbon brush.
Wait the temp reach to setting
temp then operation.
Replace the rotor and stator of
motor.
Rewiring.
Wait 2-3 minutes to let motor cold
down, and re-start.
Insert the welding rod again.
