Trouble Shooting Guide
Normal Conditions
The compressor is controlled to stay at least 3 minutes after it stops, and after the
power is on, so as to ensure a smooth start. This will also extend the life of the unit.
Troubleshooting
A. Please check the following items first
(1) When unit fails to run,
．Is "FULL" blinking? Is the water tank in a stable position? Check and reset the
water tank.
．Is power cord unplugged?
．Is the power on?
．Is the unit defrosting ("Defrost" blinking)?
(2) When the performance seems low,
．Is the filter dirty? Clean or replace it.
．Is the inlet or the outlet being covered?
．Is the room temperature or humidity low (defrosting often)?
(3) When the noise occurs,
．Is the unit well in place?
．Is the filter dirty?
B. Should there still be a problem, please unplug the unit and
contact us.
C. Do not try to repair it by yourself.
