The main way to control Android functions is to use your finger
to manipulate elements on the touch screen:
•
Press
Press the screen with your finger to interact with elements on
the screen, such as app icons and settings, to type letters and
symbols using the on-screen keyboard, or to choose buttons
on the screen.

Press and Hold
Press and hold an item on the screen to trigger an action.
•
Drag
Press and hold an item, and without separating your finger
from the screen, move your finger across the screen to move
the item to the desired location.
•
Swipe
To swipe, move your finger across the screen without pausing.
•
Quick application change
Click on the Recent button to open the app you were using
previously. This feature allows you to switch between apps
quickly without having to select them each time in the list of
apps.
•
Using the keyboard
You can enter text using the on-screen keyboard. The keyboard
is predictive and will suggest words as you type. Once you're
done typing, press the Go Back button to hide the keyboard.
