Common Errors
Cannot access
voicemail.

(unlock key).
Verify that you have connected the tablet to the
computer with a USB cable and that the cable is
in good condition.
Make sure the tablet and computer are turned
on.
Verify that you have a microSD card inserted into

Since the screen principal pulse Settings y select
Apps and notifications-> View the apps. Find the
application "Google Play". Press FORCE STOP.
Then select Storage Space y in continuation press
DELETE DATA.
