If you have any problems with the tablet, before taking it to
Technical Service, check that you cannot solve your problem
with any of the methods offered here. We advise the following:
Fully charge the battery.
Avoid saturating the tablet memory and microSD
card with apps, photos, music or any other type of
data.
Use Reset Options to delete all data from the tablet
and return it to its initial settings by going to
Settings-> System-> Reset Options-> Delete All Data
IMPORTANT: The Factory Restore option will delete ALL personal
data; make sure you have it backed up before restoring the tablet.
Common Errors
The tablet does not
power on or is off.

Troubleshooting

Remove the battery, check that the contacts are
ok and place it again.
Make sure the battery is charged. Connect the
tablet to the charger for at least 20 minutes.
Delete apps you are not using to free up memory.
Use a file cleanup app to free up storage space.
