6 BOARD DIAGNOSIS
PROCEDURE
Within 30 seconds from the power supply, press and hold
for 3 seconds the area in the upper right of the display →
The diagnosis menu is activated and form on the right is
displayed
Automatic: the automatic diagnosis procedure starts
Manual: go to the manual diagnosis
AUTOMATIC
During the automatic diagnosis procedure, the form on the right is displayed
If a verification fails, the display shows the device that gave a negative result. The
diagnostic procedure is interrupted.
If instead it is successful, the display shows the previous form.
Select to stop the testing → the star ng form is displayed again
During the test, if a faulty device is detected, the form on the right appears
and after 10 seconds → the form 5.1 is displayed again
MANUAL
A second part of the diagnosis is made with the help of the technician who performs a
visual or instrumental inspection, possibly operating a device. The display describes
which check or manoeuvre to carry out. It is possible to go from one step to the next by
pressing the buttons
Push the button to stop the test. For the verification of the devices, proceed as
follows:
RL1 (oven light): visual check that it turns on.
Rotisserie triac: door opening and verification of the rotation by inserting the spit in
the seat
Door microswitch: the oven light turns on when the door is opened (simultaneously
check of the relay RL1), and when the door is closed the light turns off.
Door lock: wait at least one minute from the door lock activation. At the end
manually check that the door is locked. The display shows the symbol lighted on,
allowing to check also the operation of the door lock microswitch. If one of the
conditions is not met, the test fails.
