Leave to simmer for approx.

25–30 minutes on a low heat and
add more stock if required.
Take out the bouquet garni.

Add salt and pepper to taste, finish

off with a pinch of cinnamon and
a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
Pour 500 ml of the soup at a time into

the blender jug and puree.
Do not process more than 500 ml
of hot liquid in the blender jug!
Serve with finely grated Parmesan.

Honey and hazel nut spread
10 g hazelnuts
60 g blossom honey (room temperature)
Put the nuts in the universal cutter jug and

cut for 10 seconds on setting Pulse.
Remove the universal cutter jug, turn

it over and take out the blade holder.
Add the honey.

Close the universal cutter jug again with

the blade holder and place on the base
unit.
Wait until all the honey has run down

over the blade. Then mix everything
for 10 seconds on setting Pulse.
Note: If the universal cutter is not

included with the hand blender,
it can be ordered from customer
service (order no. 12007111).
