Water level seems too low
Auto load sensing may use less water than you would
expect. This is normal and provides good fabric care.
Does the water level seem too low, or does the washer
appear to not fill completely? The top of the agitator is
much higher than the highest water level. This is normal and
necessary for clothes to move freely.
Water level seems too high
Did you open the lid or stop the washer while the washer
was filling to begin the wash? This will interrupt the sensing
feature and cause the washer to stop filling. Closing the lid
will resume fill, but the washer will add additional water to
compensate for any additional load items that might have
been added to the basket.
Did you open the lid after washing started or during the
rinse? The washer will fill to the highest water level once the
lid is closed.
