Description / explanation
The condensate flows via the condensate inlet [F] into the
BEKOMAT
and collects in the housing [X1].
®
The filling level in the housing [X1] is continuously
monitored by a capacitive sensor in the sensor tube [39].
Once the condensate has reached the maximum fill level,
the pilot valve [X2] is activated using the controller.
The pilot valve [X2] activates, and the area above the
membrane [23] is depressurised.
The membrane [23] lifts off the valve seat and the excess
pressure in the housing [X1] presses the condensate into
the condensate discharge [D].
When the sensor in the sensor tube [39] is no longer
covered by condensate, the controller of the pilot
valve [X2] activates and pressure builds up above the
membrane [23].
The membrane [23] is pressed against the valve seat and
the condensate discharge [D] is sealed tightly.
The switching cycle starts again with the feed of
condensate.
