1 INTRODUCTION

This owner's manual is conveniently divided into two sections, BASIC OPERATION and INTRODUCTION
TO SHORTWAVE. Both sections are important.
If you are new to shortwave listening, the INTRODUCTION TO SHORTWAVE section will give you all the
information that you need to be successful enjoying broadcasts from around the world.
