    When air conditioner is set to AUTO mode, the indicator illuminates. FAN ONLY indicator: A07544 When air conditioner is set to FAN ONLY mode, this indicator illuminates. NOTE: All the pictures in this manual are for demonstration purposes only. The actual shape of your air conditioner may be slightly different, but the operation instructions are the same.

    L E D RE SE T Set the Clock Before you start operating the air conditioner, set the clock of the remote control as outlined below. The clock panel on the remote controller will display the time regardless of whether the air conditioner is in use or not.

    REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS Pressing the On/Off Button HEAT When the air conditioner is not in operation, the remote control will display the last set point, mode and time. S Press the On/Off button to start the unit. - - The unit will start in the last operating mode and set point.
  • Page 7 AUTO SET TEMP. C L O C K SPEED AUTO LOW MED HIGH The fan speed can be selected by pressing the FAN SPEED button. NOTE: When the unit is on, the fan will run continuously in cooling or heating. When in heating, there might be situations where the fan will slow down or shut off to prevent cold blow.

    AUTO SET TEMP. C L O C K TIMER ON TIMER OFF SPEED AUTO Use both functions to program the unit to turn on and shut off at specified times. UNIT OFF - - Set TIMER ON as previously described. - - Set TIMER OFF as previously described.

    CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING CAUTION ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD Failure to follow this caution may result in personal injury or death. Always turn off power to the system before performing any cleaning or maintenance to the system. Turn off the outdoor disconnect switch located near outdoor unit.
