Add Rule
Switch to enable/disable rule.
Enable rule:
Choose the action to be taken when the rule is triggered. Choose
Allow/Deny:
Allow or Deny.
Specify the MAC address of the host to which the filter will apply. This
MAC address:
field is mandatory.
Specify the hostname of the host to which the filter will apply. This

field is optional.
Click Save when you are done, or click the X to cancel.
