Jack will not raise the Lift Arm when pumping
the Foot pedal.
Wheels make noise when rolling the Jack or
raising the Lift Arm.

TROuBLESHOOTiNG

problem
Solution
1.
Bleed the Hydraulic Jack of excess air.
2.
Valve Release Lever is in Position D. Move
the Lever to any other position making sure it
isn't stuck in the open position.
3.
Purge air from the hydraulic system.
4.
Make sure there is adequate hydraulic fluid in
the oil reservoir.
5.
Take the Hydraulic Jack to a qualified shop for
inspection and repair.
1.
Use grease gun to grease all Zerk Fittings
(4.3, 5.5, 7.10).
