Airport Approaches
STEP 3 & 4: With the cursor on the "APPROACH"
name fi eld, rotate the small right knob to select
the desired procedure and press ENT.
STEP 5: With the cursor on the "TRANS" fi eld,
rotate the small right knob to select the desired
transition. Select "VECTORS" for guidance only
along the fi nal course segment of the approach.

The Airport Approach Page shows the available approach procedures for the selected airport. Where
multiple initial approach fi xes (IAFs) and feeder routes are available, that information may also be dis played.
A map image provides a layout diagram for each approach and transition.
To scroll through the available approaches and transitions:
1. Press the small right knob to activate the cursor.
2. Rotate the large right knob to place the cursor on the APPROACH procedure name fi eld.
3. Rotate the small right knob to display a window of available approaches for the selected airport. Continue
rotating the small right knob to select the desired approach.
4. Press ENT. The cursor moves to the transitions (TRANS) fi eld.
5. Rotate the small right knob to display a window of available transitions. Continue rotating the small right
knob to select the desired transition or select "VECTORS" for guidance only along the fi nal course segment of
the approach.
6. Press ENT. To remove the fl ashing cursor, press the small right knob.
